Booking Rules & Shop Policies
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please read and agree to the following rules before booking your appointment:
Minors Must Be Accompanied
Clients under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during their visit.Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially if rules or hygiene standards are not met.Dress Code
No shoes, no shirt, no service. Please arrive in appropriate attire.No Smoking / Strong Odors
Clients must not smoke before or during their appointment. Anyone smelling of smoke or foul odors may be refused service.No Refunds / Rescheduling Policy
There are no refunds on services or missed appointments. Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 2 times. After that, a new payment is required to book again.Arrive on Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a no-show fee.Cancellations & No-Shows
Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows may result in a charge or restriction from booking future appointments.Respect the Space
Be respectful to all Staff, Barbers and other Clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
